صدر عن جمعية المصارف اللبنانية البيان الآتي: <\/p>

بالإشارة إلى التدابير القضائية التي صدرت أخيراً بحق بعض المصارف وأعضاء مجالس إدارتها من قبل النائب العام الإستئنافي في جبل لبنان والتي تتضمن تجاوزاً لحد السلطة كونها تفتقر للسند القانوني، تستهجن جمعية مصارف لبنان هذه القرارات غير القانونية التي تؤدي إلى مزيد من الزعزعة للنظام المصرفي الأمر يؤدي إلى خطوات سلبية من قبل المصارف المراسلة مما ينعكس سلباً ليس فقط على المصارف بل أيضاً على المودعين والشعب اللبناني بأكمله وعلى الإقتصاد الوطني، كما تعلن جمعية مصارف لبنان عن تضامنها الكامل مع المصارف المعنية التي هي بصدد اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المناسبة للدفاع عن حقوقها المشروعة.<\/p>
