نود تذكير المصارف انها تستطيع ان تستحصل على الليرة اللبنانية نقداً على ان تقوم ببيع الدولار الاميركي الورقي على سعر “Sayrafa” لدى مصرف لبنان. ولذا باستطاعتها تأمين حاجات المودعين لديها بالليرة اللبنانية من دون التقيد بالكوتا التي يمنحها لها مصرف لبنان.
ولذا على المصارف الا تخفض سقوفات السحوبات لزبائنها شهرياً بالليرة اللبنانية نقداً طالما لديها الامكانيات عبر تأمين السيولة بالليرة اللبنانية عن طريق Sayrafa.
