صدر عن مكتب نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء  سعادة الشامي الاتي:
تطالعنا بعض وسائل الاعلام ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بأخبار تنسب الى أعضاء الوفد المفاوض و”خبراء” اقتصاديين، هي أبعد ما تكون عن الواقع ، بل مجرّد أخبار من صنع مخيلات واسعة، مفادها بأن المفاوضات مع صندوق النقد الدولي قد توقفت، من دون التوصل الى اي نتيجة، وذلك على الرغم مما قاله مؤخرا رئيس الوفد المفاوض مع صندوق النقد الدولي نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء  الدكتور سعادة الشامي في لقاء في المجلس الأقتصادي والاجتماعي بأن المفاوضات تسير في الاتجاه الصحيح وأنها قد أحرزت تقدما مهما حتى الآن، وإن لم تصل الى خواتيمها بعد.
يهمنا الاشارة الى أن هناك إجتماعات متواصلة ويومية مع الصندوق، ويخيّم على المفاوضات الطابع التقني  المحترف، كما يدخل النقاش في صاب الاصلاحات الماكرو-اقتصادية والبنيوية المطلوبة لوضع لبنان على سكة التعافي  الاقتصادي والمالي.
إن المفاوضات لم تتوقف والامور تسير بشكل جيد، ونأمل ان تستكمل في الأسابيع القليلة المقبلة .<\/p>
