أعلن وزير الاتصالات اللبناني جوني القرم، أنه أعد دراسة لزيادة التعرفة على الاتصالات، وسيعرضها على مجلس الوزراء.
وقال القرم في تصريح: “سأعرض على مجلس الوزراء في جلسة الخميس المقبل إذا ما أدرج البند على جدول الأعمال كل ما له علاقة بقطاع الاتصالات وبالدراسة التي أعددتها لزيادة التعرفة”.
وأضاف: “في العام 2018 كان دخل الوزارة مليار و400 مليون دولار وكانت الوزارة تصرف 565 مليون دولار، فنحن بالتقشف والتوفير استطعنا خفض المصاريف الى 255 مليون دولار وهناك 40 مليون دولار يجب علينا دفعها على مدى 4 سنوات مجدولة، أي هناك 265 مليون دولار سنويا علينا دفعها بديل ما كنا ندفعه سابقا”.
وأوضح أن “المشكلة هي أن المليار و400 مليون دولار أصبحت الآن تساوي 100 مليون دولار، إذا يجب تأمين 300 مليون لنستطيع تغطية المصاريف، والدراسة التي أجريتها لا تلحظ أي دفعة للدولة، فسابقا كنا نرسل المال الفائض لوزارة المال أما الآن فبالكاد نغطّي مصاريفنا”.<\/p>
