ذكرت مصادر مصرفية مطلعة ان الجمعية قررت التحرك في كل الاتجاه للمطالبة بحقوقها بعد ان اطلعت على خطة التعافي خلال الزيارة التي قام وفد منها برئاسة سليم صفير الى رئيس الحكومة نجيب ميقاتي حيث تبين لها ان الخطة تحملها مسؤولية الخسائر الى جانب المودعين وكان اول الغيث البيان الذي اصدرته ورفضت فيه هذه الخطة كما انها قررت الادعاء على الدولة اللبنانية ومصرف لبنان كما انها بصدد دعوة الهيئة العامة الاجتماع استثنائيا
وتأتي هذه التحركات بعد ان قررت تغيير استراتجيتها في التحرك والتخلي عن سياسة المهادنة واعتماد الهجوم الذي هو افضل وسيلة الدفاع<\/p>
