أكد رئيس حكومة تصريف الاعمال نجيب ميقاتي أن “محاولات العدو الاسرائيلي افتعال أزمة جديدة، من خلال التعدي على ثروة لبنان المائية، وفرض أمر واقع في منطقة متنازع عليها ويتمسك لبنان بحقوقه فيها، أمر في منتهى الخطورة، ومن شأنه احداث توترات لا أحد يمكنه التكهّن بتداعياتها”. وأضاف في بيان: “من هذا المنطلق فإننا نحذر من تداعيات اي خطوة ناقصة، قبل استكمال مهمة الوسيط الاميركي التي بات استئنافها أكثر من ضرورة ملحة. وندعو الامم المتحدة وجميع المعنيين الى تدارك الوضع والزام العدو الاسرائيلي بوقف استفزازاته”. وختم: “الحل بعودة التفاوض على قاعدة عدم التنازل عن حقوق لبنان الكاملة في ثرواته ومياهه”.<\/p>
