تسبّب وباء كورونا بكارثة غير مسبوقة في لبنان، أتت لتُضاف إلى أزمات وكوارث أخرى. إلتزاما منها بمسؤوليتها الإجتماعية والوطنية، بادرت مجموعة أماكو عامي 2020 و2021 إلى توزيع أجهزة التنفّس على جمعيات ومرجعيات في كل لبنان.
وحرصت المجموعة على إيلاء اهتمام كبير بوضع خطة متكاملة لإيصال أجهزة التنفّس إلى المناطق الأكثر حاجة، نظرا لتفاقم الوضع الصحي في بعض المناطق وإنهيار الخدمات الصحية.
من مدينة إلى مدينة ومن بلدة إلى بلدة سارع فريق أماكو إلى إيصال المساعدات، من خلال المنظمات والمستوصفات والشخصيات، للمساهمة في إنقاذ الأرواح.
لم يُثن ِالوباء مجموعة أماكو عن القيام بواجباتها من أقصى شمال البلاد إلى أقصى جنوبها.
