صدر عن المكتب الاعلامي في وزارة المالية بيان توضيحي حول ما اورده وزير الطاقة والمياه في حكومة تصريف الاعمال وليد فياض خلال مؤتمره الصحافي، جاء فيه: “ما يجب ان نوضحه كوزارة هو ان الفارق كبير بين توافر الاموال، وبين وجود ضمانة وسند قانوني، بخاصة ان المبلغ الكبير المطلوب تأمينه يتطلب مرسوما يوقع عليه رئيس الحكومة والوزراء المختصون وهو ما ليس متوافرا. ناهيك عن ان مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان لم توقع تعهداً باعادة اي سلفة يتم اقرارها كما يفرض قانون المحاسبة العمومية، لا بل حتى انها نأت بنفسها عن سدادها”.<\/p>

واشار البيان الى “ان الوزارة ستوجه إلى وزارة الطاقة والمياه يوم غدٍ الجمعة كتابا مفصلا يبن الثغرات كافة حيال هذا الملف”.<\/p>
