التزمت المصارف اليوم بالإجراء الذي اتخذه مصرف لبنان والقاضي باستعداده لشراء الليرة اللبنانية وبيعه في المقابل الدولار الأميركي على منصّة “صيرفة” بعدما كان محصوراً ببنك الموارد الذي عمل خلال عيد رأس السنة.
وكانت المصارف استمهلت العمل بهذا الإجراء بانتظار معرفة الآلية التي يجب أن يطبّقوها خصوصاً أن الحدّ الأقصى لعمليات التحويل يجب ألا تتعدّى المليار ليرة.
وفي السياق، تذكّر مصادر مصرفية بأن “بعض المصارف قام بعمليات تحويل عديدة للشركات والمؤسسات باستثناء المواطنين في الاسبوع الماضي، لكن اليوم أصبح متاحاً للجميع من مؤسسات ومواطنين الذين سارعوا إلى تحويل ‏أموالهم بالليرة إلى الدولار طمعاً بتحقيق بعض الأرباح”.
وفي ضوء ذلك، من المتوقع أن يستمر تراجع سعر صرف الدولار في السوق الموازية بعدما وصل سعره عند الثانية عشرة ظهر اليوم إلى ٤٢ ألف ليرة بانتظار بلوغه حوالي ٤٠ ألف ليرة واقترابه من سعر “صيرفة” 38 ألف ليرة .
لكن مصادر مصرفية أخرى، تتخوّف من عودة ارتفاع الدولار “لأن التدابير التي يتخذها مصرف لبنان موقتة بهدف شراء الوقت بانتظار الحلول السياسية البعيدة حالياً في ظل استمرار التجاذبات السياسية وبالتالي لا يمكن لمصرف لبنان أن يصفق بمفرده من دون تعاون السلطتين التنفيذية والتشريعية<\/p>
