كتب وزير الأشغال العامة والنقل في حكومة تصريف الاعمال الدكتور علي حمية عبر منصة “إكس: “الأرقام المبينة في الجداول تُظهر بوضوح بأن ما هو مطلوب من اعتمادات لبند صيانة الطرق – وبحدها الأدنى – وذلك وفقاً للدراسات الموثوقة من العام ٢٠١٩ تقدر ب ٣٥٠ مليون دولار ، أي ما يُعادل ٣٣ ألف مليار ل ل<\/p>

في حين أن الاعتمادات الملحوظة في موازنة العام ٢٠٢٤ لبند صيانة شبكة الطرق في مشروع موازنة العام 2024 تبلغ فقط : ٨،٤ آلاف مليار ل ل !!<\/p>

وهذا يعني بأن الفارق بين ما هو مطلوب واقعاً لهذا البند -ووفقاً للدراسات الموثوقة كما أسلفنا-، وبين ما هو ملحوظ له في موازنة العام الحالي يقدر ب ٢٥ ألف مليار ل ل!!!<\/p>

علماً أنه ومنذ خمس سنوات لم تجرَ صيانة لهذه الطرقات – وكما ما هو مبين في المرفق-، وبالتالي كيف أصبحت وضعيتها اليوم!!!<\/p>

إن زيادة الاعتمادات الملحوظة لهذا البند ، هو أمر أكثر من ملح وضروري للحفاظ على السلامه العامة والمرورية”.<\/p>
